Shelley Stewart, CLC, is President & CEO of Southern Title Holding Company, LLC, based in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Connie oversees the human resources, payroll, benefits, and employee relations for Southern Title and has been part of the Southern Title leadership team since 2003. With over 30 plus years of leadership and management experience in human resources, she is an expert in overseeing human resources programs & employment policies, employee relations, workflow & performance management, and employee education & recognition.
Lisa oversees the company’s customer communications, compliance with ALTA Best Practices, regulatory requirements, and serves as its ResWare administrator.
Chris McKee is Controller of Southern Title Holding Company, LLC.
Lori is responsible for overseeing the Southern Title’s Escrow Accounting, Centralized Processing, Policy Production, and Recording departments. She has more than 30 years’ experience in escrow accounting and was one of Southern Title’s “Founding Sisters,” an integral part of the company’s starting team in 1995.
Tami is Southern Title’s Director of Branch Operations, providing oversight, assistance, and guidance to the company’s closing offices. One of Southern Title’s “Founding Sisters”, Tami was an integral part of the company’s starting team in 1995 and currently serves as Director of Branch Operations, overseeing the company’s ten branch office locations.
