Connie oversees the human resources, payroll, benefits, and employee relations for Southern Title and has been part of the Southern Title leadership team since 2003.  With over 30 plus years of leadership and management experience in human resources, she is an expert in overseeing human resources programs & employment policies, employee relations,  workflow & performance management, and employee education & recognition.

Connie successfully completed the Human Resources Management and Employment Law program at Rollins College.  She has attained both her SHRM Certified Professional certification (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute.  Connie is a member of the National Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and a member of the local Volusia/Flagler SHRM Chapter.
