State Title Agent’s License
Southern Title actively supports the state licensing of all Closing Officers, Assistants, and Account Executives and provides training for associates interested in pursuing this goal.
We subscribe to Rapid Learning Institute, which pioneered the concept of leadership Micro-Training and require our management team to participate in this organized series of engaging single-concept video soft-skills training.
Southern Title is proud to have a licensed Arbinger Facilitator on staff to help identify and foster an outward mindset culture that will help the company adopt and sustain the behaviors that will drive our desired results.
All associates participate in ongoing education from KnowBe4, provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. Beginning with new hire orientation and consistent throughout their tenure, all associates are required to complete modules designed to mobilize them as the company’s last line of defense against ransomware, fraud, social engineering and other hacks.
