I closed on an ICI Home on 4/7/2025 with Southern Title (14785 Old St. Augustine RD., Jacksonville FL 32258) . My realtor (Nydia via The Florida Connection Realty Group, LLC) and broker (Lazaro via Elite Mortgage Advisors, LLC) were present with me. We were welcomed by Sarah the front desk receptionist! Shortly thereafter, we met with Jessica (The Closing Officer for Southern Title) who handled all the closing documents. Jessica explained each document very professionally; and didn’t rush the closing process; and upon completion handed me a neatly binder with all closing documents we discussed and signed for my records. Great experience with ICI Homes staff and Southern Title Representative (Jessica) which also included taking photos with everyone to include Olivia the home designer!!
