We had a great experience with Missy Griffin and the team at Southern Title on the purchase of our new home in Plantation Bay. We were closing on a Monday and late Friday afternoon, the mortgage company realized an issue (that they caused) and all of the numbers had to be reworked. The team at Southern Title worked through the weekend to get us closed on Monday, knowing that we were flying back north on Tuesday. They are an excellent company to work with.
