The employees at Southern Title have always been great and helpful. Candace has proven to be especially helpful. Being 73 years old, I’m not as sharp as I used to be. Candace walked my wife and me through the digital process needed to get all the contract documents completed.

My husband and I have used Southern Title for a number of closings. Dawn Jones and Candace Griffin were informative about the paperwork they needed to be able to close and kept my loan process moving forward – contacting the lender on several occasions – to help maintain our time frame for closing. My closing paperwork was ready and various forms explained throughout, as needed.
Melodie was very professional and pleasant to work with. She took the time to listen to my stories. All the paperwork was in order, and Melodie expediently went through the closing process. I would use Melodie and Southern Title again.
