Ronda Alley joined Southern Title in 2013, bringing more than 35 years of experience excelling at multiple facets of the title insurance industry. In November, 2018, she was awarded her Certified Land Closer (CLC) designation from the Florida Land Title Association. The CLC Designation demonstrates the highest level of experience and professionalism in the industry and requires the designee to have more than 5 years tenure and to complete a lengthy two part exam.

Ronda currently manages the company's Ormond Beach branch office along with the company's Commercial Division. Prior to joining Southern Title, she owned a title abstracting business and handled title searches as well as accounting, client relations, and business development. Alley focused on the strategic development of builder and developer business while at Stewart Title of North Texas.

She is a member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) at the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS^® and is a Florida Licensed Title Insurance Agent.
