IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING SOUTHERN TITLE OPERATIONS ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 3.

All Southern Title offices have electricity and will be operational, provided conditions are safe for our associates and customers. Prior to traveling to a Southern Title office, please call the specific branch location first (you can find all office numbers on our website here  to confirm it is open.

Some associates may be working remotely if their roads are flooded or otherwise impassable. Please feel free to call your closing officer, the branch office phone, or our toll free line at 866-297-5535 if you have any questions. We will continue to update our website, social media channels, and phone greetings with any operational changes.
