My husband and I just purchased our first home, and were lucky enough to work with Southern Title for the escrow and closing process. Buying a home is stressful enough, but I hadn’t realized what all it would entail. I could not be happier than to have worked with Anne and Cindy during the process, because they made a relatively complex process into a very simple one. For starters, they are both incredibly personable. Not only were they kind and professional, but they managed all the heavy lifting; I only had to wait for instructions and do what they asked when the time came. As someone who already juggles a full plate every day, I can’t overstate how valuable that was to me. When I finally got to meet these ladies in person for closing, I was even more impressed with them. They exude positive energy, they have great work chemistry between them, and they are a HOOT. We were at the office for the better part of 3 hours to sign paperwork, and I honestly cannot say if that was typical of the process or if we just lost time between the laughter and conversation.
