Theresa (Terri) Varela Manu joined Southern Title in January, 2026 and is leading the company’s expansion into the Orlando area. Over the past 20 years she has served as Closing Officer, Senior Escrow Officer, and Manager for title agencies and law firms in the greater Orlando area. She is a licensed title agent and Notary Public in Florida.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Terri grew up in a military household and moved to Florida in 2001.

After working as a mortgage processor, she became a loan officer and transitioned into the title insurance industry in 2004. 

Terri has 3 kids and 7 grandchildren. One son is in the Army, her daughter is married to a soldier, and she has a son living at home.
