Jennifer Ware, CLC, is Manager and Closing Officer at Southern Title’s Jacksonville office.

A native of Jacksonville and the title insurance industry, Jennifer spent her summers learning from the ground up, answering phones and handling data entry responsibilities at Hartle Realty Title, the title insurance agency owned by her parents.

Jennifer started working with Southern Title’s Jacksonville office in 2018, obtained her Florida Title Agent license in 2020 and earned Certified Land Closer (CLC) credentials in 2025.

When she isn’t working, Jennifer enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two sons.
