Dawn Aquino returned to Southern Title in January 2020 after starting her title career there more than 20 years ago. She brings a collective 30 years of experience in the title industry to her role as Account Executive for the Port Orange and Daytona Beach – Mainland offices. In addition to working with Realtors, Builders, and Lenders to generate new business, she’s a consummate team player, facilitating closings whenever needed.

Dawn is actively involved in the Daytona Beach Association of Realtors, the Daytona Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Volusia Building Industry Association, playing active roles on the Parade of Homes and Events committees.  She is currently serving her second year on the Mid Florida Housing Board of Directors (2022 and 2023).

Born and raised in Daytona Beach, she graduated from Spruce Creek High School. In her free time she loves to go paddle boarding, fishing, and bicycling with her husband and daughter.
