I highly recommend Southern Title for any real estate transactions. I recently had a closing at their Port Orange office. I wasn’t sure what to expect, never having done this before. My main contact was with Heather. Prior to the day of the closing, we had several phone conversations and email exchanges. She guided me through the process, answering all of my questions. She was also very patient with an out of state family member who, not being “tech savvy,” was not sure how to docu sign certain forms. Heather assisted her in completing these tasks.
