Karen, Andrea, Chelsea, and the entire team at Southern Title are absolutely incredible!

Back in August of 2022, we purchased a home through ICI and had the privilege of working with Karen Magee.  This was our first home so we had no idea what to expect.  We were so warmly welcomed into Southern Title by the entire team!  We were quickly brought back to the office and our wonderful closing officer Karen came in.  She was just as excited as we were about this incredible adventure we were about to embark on!  She made sure we felt comfortable and before we began, made sure we didn't have any questions.  She began walking us through everything, explaining the things we needed to know, talking us through the mountain of paperwork that we had to sign.  I didn't feel overwhelmed at all, the way she explained everything all made sense and I wasn't worried that I was signing something that was going to haunt me in the future!  Throughout the entire process, Karen was personable, sharing food recommendations, talking about her time in New York and just creating such a fun environment.  Before we knew it, we were homeowners!  I couldn't believe how organized and professional everyone was, having everything ready to go, making us feel at ease, and turning what could have been a terrifying process into something that was so enjoyable!

Fast forward 8 months and we have had to sell our home as we have relocated out of state for work.  I reached out to Karen because of the incredible experience we had, asking if she would mind representing us as our closing agent.  She got back to me so quickly, remembering us, our home, and emphasizing with us around our sadness in having to sell our home.  I didn't fully understand the difference between the escrow officer and the closing agent, what this process looks like, etc. so needless to say I had so many questions!  She answered every question I had including some I didn't even know I had.  She then connected me with Andrea as she would be handling our closing.  Karen cc'd Andrea on all communication, made sure that everyone was in the loop, and once the contract was received, the team began working on our close.  They handled everything!  Communication was incredible, they worked with us given that we were not going to be able to sign in person, and the entire team made it so easy!  I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Karen, Andrea, and the entire Southern Title team twice in one year!  I cannot thank you all enough for helping us navigate this and making it so easy and stress free!  If ever we purchase again in Florida, we will definitely use Southern Title!  Thank you for everything!

Hands down Karen {McGee] is by far the best closing agent I have ever worked with (5 prior purchases and 5 sales). She and her team are soooo professional, courteous, compassionate, customer aware, and customer friendly, without waiver. I recently had a difficult transaction that included some challenges with the customers, a lender in the Pacific time zone, a large deposit, and a back to back sale and purchase contingency. In times like these, you need a closer who not only has extensive experience and a comprehensive understanding of the industry, but who will actually take the time to make sure all the pieces and parts come together and will work to solve any problems that may arise. Tami stayed late night to conference in all parties and keep lines of communication open. She was responsive and faced any challenges with a can-do, helpful attitude. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Tami Luxton and her team at Southern Title, this sale would not have happened.

I would absolutely refer friends and family to Southern Title! The agent over my case always handled herself in the utmost level of respect. She was so very polite and courteous. Southern Title bent over backwards to help me close quickly. The closing agent was knowledgeable and patient. She even kept the area very quiet and peaceful for my sleeping infant. I was blown away by her willingness to stay after hours, without showing a moment’s hesitation, so that I could close the very same day that my loan got its final approval. Since we were there so late closing, it was dark when I was ready to leave. The closing agent thought nothing of quickly locking up shop to give me a ride to my vehicle, since I accidentally parked at the opposite side of the plaza. This is my third experience closing on a house. Bar none, Southern Title is who I would want to repeat business with!

I am so inspired to take time out to write this little note to just praise the people of Southern Title.  The staff just made the sale of 129 Dusk Meadow Trail Port Orange so stressLESS!! So comfortable whereby it could be a stressful time.  But  Linda (Ericson) and staff were simply wonderful - professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and did I say wonderful??  Yes, it was the best experience one could have!!  Everything was made so easy to understand and the transactions were all so properly taken care of.  Besides the office of Southern Title being sooo beautiful physically the people were as fantastic. It’s truly a great company!! Hats off to Southern Title!!

"Our World Golf Village listing just closed and I wanted tell you that the seller and her power of attorney were very pleased with the service they received from Amy and Jenn. Amy was particularly sweet to the seller. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Jan is blind and in an assisted care facility. While she is completely lucid and sharp, she cannot read complex forms nor sign on her own. It's been particularly challenging to accomplish tasks since no visitors are allowed on the assisted care campus due to COVID-19. This was a tough closing that got pushed a few days and then we got a clear to close 1 HOUR before closing. Natasha Raabe never let the borrower know that there was any issue and SHE GOT IT DONE!!! Most other title agents would’ve shown stress or thrown the lender under the bus.
