Long-standing, independent real estate title insurance agency has a career opportunity for a smart, self-motivated, and resourceful individual to head our Sales & Marketing Department. This position is responsible for all sales & marketing activities, developing and implementing sales plans, leading the sales team to achieve all goals, preparing budgets & reports, etc. Candidates must have a professional presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and think critically. The position requires someone who is reliable and adaptable with a strong commitment to teamwork. He/she must have a valid state driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of real property sales, and experience developing and implementing successful marketing plans. In addition, he/she has experience managing direct reports in multiple locations and is capable of providing oversight and accountability while inspiring growth and achievement.
The position reports to the company President. Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in social media platforms preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role demonstrating progressive responsibility preferred.
