DeLorenzo is responsible for forging new business relationships with builders and developers throughout Florida and assisting with their acquisition through end closings. In addition, he works state and local elected officials, governments, and regulators on the development of legislation that supports smart, sustainable growth initiatives throughout the state.
Currently, DeLorenzo serves on the Board of Directors of the Flagler Home Builders Association, and is part of the Government Affairs committees at the Florida Home Builders Association, Northeast Florida Builders Association, and the Florida Land Title Association. Actively involved in the community, he is the 2019 Treasurer of the Flagler County Network of Women's Council of Realtors, is on the Board of Directors of the Margarita Society of Flagler County, and is a member of Volusia County Association of Responsible Development (VCARD), the Business Community Resource Association, and serves as an Advisory Member of the Palm Coast Art Foundation.
Prior to joining Southern Title, DeLorenzo served as Government Affairs Director for the Flagler Home Builders Association and was a Palm Coast City Commissioner from 2007-2012.
Originally from New Jersey, DeLorenzo is a diehard New York Jets fan. He attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and resides in Palm Coast with his wife Rebecca and their daughter, Lorelei.
