Long standing, independent estate title insurance co. has administrative support & receptionist opportunities for smart, motivated individuals to join our Closing team. Customer service a priority. Must possess strong communication & organizational skills and ability to prioritize & work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Excellent computer skills and database experience required.  Banking, real estate or prior customer service positions a plus. Full-time position.   • Assists the Branch Office staff by performing support tasks related to branch operations and the closing process.
  • Provides excellent customer service to walk-in and closing customers.
  • Handles incoming calls.
  • Provides closing support including, but not limited to:
    • Information gathering for closing transaction
    • Escrow: agreement, deposits, wires
    • Order Entry
    • Scanning
    • Closing copy books
    • Post Closing
    • Office supply orders 
    • Mail & Fed Ex
    • Hospitality & Housekeeping in the Lobby & Closing Conference Rooms
