(DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – February
28, 2005)
On
January 1, 2005, Angela Marandino was
in tragic accident that nearly took
her young life. Currently, she is at
ShandsHospital in Gainesville recovering
from second and third degree burns that
cover nearly 80% of her body.
In an effort to offset the considerable
medical expenses, Southern Title is
contributing $10 from every real estate
closing conducted by its offices in
East Volusia County throughout the month
of March. The money will be deposited
directly into the account set up at
SunTrust bank and 100% of it will be
used to support her needs.
Five Southern Title offices located
in East Volusia County will be contributing
$10 from each closing. Those office
are located at: 801 Beville Road, Ste.
201; 555 West Granada Boulevard, Ste.
G-11; 404 Seabreeze Blvd., 1000 S. Ridgewood
Avenue; and 509 Canal Street, Suite
D.
Last weekend, Triangle Realty sponsored
a benefit yard sale at the company’s
three area offices, and Saturday, March
5, the Elks Lodge is hosting a benefit
“Chili Dump” at its location
on Wilmette Drive in Ormond Beach.
A graduate of Father Lopez High School
and University of Central Florida, Angela
works as a Realtor with her husband
at Triangle Realty GMAC.

amazing,” said Lonnie Marandino,
Angela’s husband. “We sincerely

done on behalf of Angela.”
