The company’s network hub, located in the corporate office in Daytona Beach, houses 15 servers that support the operations of 14 closing branches and three title search plants. The three-person information technology (IT) department maintains daily incremental backups, and weekly backups of all data, so no information will be lost.
Each closing branch is on a DSL VPN network which ensures 99% uptime, meaning if a lender sends a package via the internet, the company will have secure and immediate access to it. The company’s proprietary software enables the immediate electronic merging of data from SQL servers to the final product – the documents customers sign at closing.
