Thomas has been with Southern Title’s Seabreeze office for eight years and in 2006 earned her Certified Land Closer (CLC) designation, the title industry’s highest achievement which requires years of experience and the successful completion of a lengthy exam. She specializes in purchases, refinances, short sales, reverse mortgages and 1031 exchanges.

A native of Ft. Lauderdale, Thomas grew up near Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bethune-Cookman College.
