As it seeks to capitalize on opportunities for growth in the next year, Southern Title recently added a merger and acquisition specialist to the Corporate Team. Nancy J. Flint, MBA, CPA was named to the position of Director of Finance at Southern Title.

Prior to joining Southern Title, Flint served as CFO for a local entrepreneur who managed industries including credit card enhancements, option trading, loss mitigation services, real estate construction, mortgage and other loans, long-distance telephone services, oil well investments, advertising, and gaming ticket sales.

A Certified Public Accountant, Flint earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Orlando College. She is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants)
and the FICPA (Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

As Southern Title looks to grow across the state, Flint is charged with analyzing the most favorable opportunities. In addition, she oversees the company’s accounts payable, financial reporting and escrow accounting departments.
