(DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – December 29, 2006)
Southern Title’s Brandon office will relocate to new office space at 1038 Bloomingdale in Plaza Bella on January 15, 2007.
The new office, located in the beautiful new Plaza Bella, will allow the company the opportunity to assist even more customers with their real estate transactions in a spacious, professional facility. In addition, the company hopes to expand its current customer base, according to company president Shelley Stewart. “We are thrilled to be moving to this beautiful new office space and look forward to serving the residents of Valrico, Bloomingdale, Brandon and the surrounding communities,” she said.
The company will be leaving the office space that it occupied for more then ten years at 916 Lithia-Pinecrest in Brandon, first as United Title Guaranty, and then in 2000 as United Southern Title. Last year, the Southern Title Holding Company (STHC), parent company of Southern Title, changed the office’s name to Southern Title. STHC currently operates 19 branches and 22 offices across the state of Florida.
