In order to better serve its clients in the growing West Volusia market, Southern Title opened a new branch office in DeBary on June 1, 2006. Located at 156 Charles R. Beall Blvd. (Hwy 17-92), the office is in a prime location to handle real estate transactions throughout the DeBary and Orange City areas.
Lisa Maldonado, a licensed title agent and experienced closing officer, will manage the office. Assisting Maldonado will be Renée Freeman, a veteran of the company’s Deltona office. Mary Mulá will serve as account executive for the new office, as well as the company’s Deltona location.
Both Southern Title offices in West Volusia demonstrate the company’s concentrated effort to provide real estate title services in Spanish as well as English. Maldonado is bilingual, as are two Southern Title associates in the Deltona branch office.
