Southern Stewart Title, located on Alexandria Blvd., is relocating to a larger office at 2959 Alafaya Trail in Oviedo. The office staff moved furniture and files on May 12 and will reopen May 15 fully operational in its new facility.
Southern Stewart Title is part of the Southern Title Family of Companies based in Daytona Beach. The new well-appointed office space allows the company to better serve its customers with more offices and comfortable, spacious closing rooms, according to Branch Manager Onie Kane. It will also help the company accommodate its growth in the multicultural markets.
“Our Spanish-speaking closing officer, Kathy Ortiz, has the ability to conduct closings in English and Spanish,” said Kane.
