Southern Title has promoted Tami Luxton to the position of manager at its flagship branch office at 2335 Beville Road in Daytona Beach and Jeanie Shover has returned to the branch management position at Southern Title’s office in Edgewater. Both managers are licensed title agents and bring extensive experience and a solid reputation as two of the company’s finest closing professionals.
Luxton was one of the original associates of Southern Title when the company was founded more than ten years ago. A native of New Jersey, she has spent most of her life in Volusia County and is a graduate of Spruce Creek High School. She brings more than 15 years of experience to her position, handling buy/sell transactions, refinances, 1031 exchanges and construction loans.
Shover has 20 years experience handling builder, realtor and lender transactions and returns to her position as branch manager of the Edgewater office following a year managing the office on Beville Road. A native of Beaufort, SC, she has called southeast Volusia County home for the past 20 years, and has been very active in community and civic associations.
